We are looking for an experienced Manager of Operations to lead our GMP Pilot Facility in Nijmegen, NL. The facility is currently being established and equipped with new, unique manufacturing technology for the low-cost production of vaccines for global health. The projects being run at the facility are funded by BMGF, PATH, IAVI and CEPI and are aimed at bringing a number of vaccines to the global health market at significantly reduced costs. The successful candidate will have experience in managing GMP activities for biopharmaceuticals, most preferably vaccines, be an excellent organizer, manager and communicator.
As a Manager of Operations you will be:
You will be leading a team of motivated and highly trained individuals. You will translate project goals in activities and deliverables, manage all activities and provide project progress updates. You monitor and evaluate the timely completion of tasks and projects. Hereto, strong organizational- and communication skills are essential and flexibility is a must.
