Which private data do we collect and for what reason?
Everyone using the internet owns an IP-address. We do not actively store these IP-addresses from our webpage visitors however for some analytical background programs IP-addresses can be stored. But these IP-addresses are never personalized and never used for any other purpose than for analytical ones. We only collect private data from you when you fill in the contact form on our webpage. Just by surfing on our webpage no other private data will be collected from you.
What are we doing with your private data?
We only use the information you left in the contact form to get in contact with you and answer your request. Your request issued by the contact form becomes a regular e-mail and will be treated from us like any other regular e-mail. That also means that we may retain copies of such e-mails made as a matter of our routine information technology backup.
Disclosure of your private data.
The information you left in the contact form will be treated confidential by us and we will never disclose such information to any third party outside our company. We will use the information only for the purpose to get in contact with you and answer your request.
We only use functional and analytical cookies for our webpage. That means we do not use any cookies that collect and/or store private data from our webpage visitors.

You can always contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and ask if we may have collected private data from you and in which scope. Of course, you also have the right to make corrections to the information we may have collected from you.
